Frame Heating elements Ceramic insulated KRH

Ceramic insulated heating elements are used especially when high process temperatures and outputs ( W/cm²) are required.

Heat is mainly transferred as radiant heat.

Fixed connection

In this version, the cable is connected via terminals. This connection version can be supplied with or without cable.

The cable outlet can be designed axially, radially or tangentially as required.

Plug connection

The connection is made using a practical plug contact that is integrated into the connection fitting. If you wish, we can supply you with suitable mating connectors or pre-assembled connection cables for your specific application.

For additional security against accidental disconnection of the plug connection, we offer an optional locking clip.

It is also possible to design the cable outlet either axially, radially or tangentially according to your requirements.

With integrated temperature sensor

A temperature sensor is positioned under the connection cap for temperature measurement. The temperature in the heating element is measured. Special versions possible.

Versions:

  • Thermocouple Fe-CuNi Typ J, Ni-CrNi Typ K,
  • Resistance sensor PT 100
  • Potential-bound or potential-free
  • Thread: M12, M12x1, M14x1,5, R3/8"

With hole and threaded connection for external temperature sensor

To measure the surface temperature of the object to be heated with an external temperature sensor, the heating element has a hole and a bracket with a threaded hole. A nipple can be screwed in here to which the external bayonet sensor can be attached.

Versions:

  • Thermocouple Fe-CuNi Typ J, Ni-CrNi Typ K,
  • Resistance sensor PT 100
  • Potential-bound or potential-free
  • Thread: M12, M12x1, M14x1,5, R3/8"
